Green Ridge Stables are delighted to welcome new inmate Lui Rei to Newmarket, sent to us by his owner/breeder Scuderia Siba. This 4yo colt by REINALDO out of MY LUIGIA was a winner of 3 out of 5 starts as a two year old including the Group 2 Prix Robert Papin at Maisons-Laffite and Group 3 Premio Primi Passi in Milan. He won twice as a 3yo before wintering in Dubai where he finished 2nd in a good handicap. His return to Italy in the Spring saw another victory at San Siro in a conditions race before he made the journey to Green Ridge.
We are very excited to get the opportunity to train such a talented horse and are very much looking forward to his debut for us on Saturday at Doncaster.
