TRAINER Marco Botti has reported last Saturday's superb Grade 1 winner Gitano Hernando to be in fine fettle following his heroics.
The son of Hernando, who provided Botti with his first winner at the highest level when taking the Goodwood Stakes at Santa Anita on Saturday evening, has remained in the United Stakes.
Botti said:"He has come out of the race well and looks in great shape.
"Team Valor will discuss plans over the next 48 hours but at the moment he will stay in America."
