MOSQUERAS ROMANCE gained a first career victory when landing a mile fillies' handicap at Kempton on July 15.
The daughter of Rock Of Gibraltar was a 4-1 chance for the contest - her first in handicap company - following two encouraging starts on the all-weather earlier this spring.
She made all under Darryll Holland and travelled strongly before quickening up smoothly in the straight, scoring by two and a quarter lengths.
It was a convincing success for the Marco-Botti trained filly, who can hopefully find further improvement as her career unfolds.
