ELECTRIC Feel came from last to first at Newmarket to give trainer Marco Botti a first juvenile success of the season. The Firebreak filly showed a really professional attitude under apprentice Andrea Atzeni as she swooped to take a 6f fillies maiden.
She was slowly into stride and Atzeni was content to hold her up at the rear until well after halfway. As they've moved towards the final 2f Electrical Feel began to slice through her rivals and was full of running approaching the business end of the race.
She surged between Bella Swan and Bell's Ocean inside the final 100 yards and gone on to score by three parts of length. It was Botti's first runner for owner Joey Barton - and returned the well backed 15/2 winner.
Atzeni said: "She may be a small filly but she tries and gives everything. She will definitely improve."
